Give the kids a happy Christmas with Soreen’s party games!

This year to help you make Christmas more enjoyable than ever for your kids, Soreen have put together a Christmas list of party games packed with festive fun.
We’ve made sure that all our games won’t cost you a penny, all you need to do is hand out some squidgy Soreen snacks as prizes and off you go.

Charades with a Christmas spin
The classic ‘act it out and guess it’ game always goes down great with the kids, because it’s so simple to play. To make it seasonal, just add the one new rule that every single Charade has to have a festive theme. It could be anything from one of Santa’s reindeers, to a favourite Christmas carol. Worth playing just for the sight of the kids trying to act out ’Ding Dong Merrily on High.’

Pin the Red Nose on Rudolph
This is of course everyone’s favourite ‘pin the tail on the donkey’ game with added Christmas factor. Just download and print out a large picture of Rudolph, cut out some bright red cardboard circles for his nose and attach some double-sided tape to each one. Then it’s on with the blindfolds as each child tries to put their ‘nose’ exactly where it should go. The closest, wins by a nose!

Everyone do what ‘Santa Says’
Yet another classic game, given a fun, festive slant. Instead of following the actions of everything ‘Simon Says’ the kids now follow the instruction of ‘Santa Says’. Anyone who does it wrong gets a loud ‘HO HO HO’ from all the other players and has to sit down. The last player standing becomes ‘Santa’ for the next round.

Christmas Stocking Guessing Game
Take one or two large Christmas stockings and stuff them with all sorts of household and festive items then tie up the tops and pass them round. Each child has to write down as many items as they can feel and guess through the stocking. The winner is the one that correctly guesses the most objects.

Hunt Down Santa’s Reindeers
A Christmas themed Scavenger Hunt that sees the kids trying to find nine cardboard cutout reindeers that you’ve hidden throughout the home. Just in case you don’t know, you’ll need a Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donner, Blitzen and of course a Rudolph. To get the most fun out of the game, ‘hide’ two or three of the reindeers in plain sight and make the others a bit more difficult to discover.

Well there are five simple party game Christmas Crackers for the children to enjoy. All of them easy to organise, loads of fun to play and as ‘Christmassy’ as it gets. And don’t forget to have a bowlful of Soreen lunchbox loaves ready to hand out as tasty and popular prizes.

Oh and one last thing….we hope you have a super squidgy Christmas and an extra squidgy New Year with very best wishes from everyone here at Soreen.
