INGREDIENTS:
1 Soreen Orange & Sultana Fruit Loaf 1/2 oz butter 2 large ripe bananas punnet of blueberries punnet of raspberries 1 tablespoon runny honey 1 tub of Greek yoghurt

METHOD:
Slice the Soreen Orange and Sultana and malt Loaf and spread butter onto the slices. Griddle the slices on a hot griddle pan until crispy and golden. Then griddle the bananas in the remaining butter until they turn golden. Stack the slices of Soreen Banana Fruit Loaf alternately with blueberries, raspberries and banana, then pour the yoghurt and honey over the top. Serve.
