INGREDIENTS:

1 x Soreen Lincolnshire Plum loaf
2oz gruyere cheese
8 slices thin home cooked ham
butter

METHOD:

Slice the Plum Loaf into 8 slices and
butter one side of each. Grate the
gruyere cheese and layer with the ham
on 4 slices (on the unbuttered side).
Put the remaining slices on top of the
4 to make a sandwich. Using a griddle
or a sandwich toaster, cook the pockets
until toasted and melting. Serve in
a greaseproof paper pocket with a
nice chutney.
