INGREDIENTS:

1 oz butter
3 dessert apples
(cored and cut into slices)
3 oz golden caster sugar
calvados
1 Soreen Original Fruity Malt Loaf
1 tub of vanilla frozen yoghurt

METHOD:

Melt the butter in a shallow pan.
Add the apples to the pan and cook until
golden. Add the sugar and calvados
until the mixture caramelises. Slice and
toast the Soreen Original Fruity Malt Loaf.
Scoop the yoghurt over the apples
and sauce.
