Remove the core of the pears and
cut
the fruit into thick slices (do not peel). Squeeze the
lemon juice over the pears
to prevent discolouring. Slice the
Lincolnshire Plum Fruit Loaf and then cut
into approx 1 cm cubes. Heat the oil in a
frying pan and fry the pears, walnuts and
Soreen Lincolnshire Plum Fruit Loaf until
golden. Place salad in a bowl and spoon
over the pear mixture. Crumble the
cheese over the salad and mix together,
squeezing any remaining lemon juice
over the salad. Season with salt and
pepper and serve.
