INGREDIENTS:

2 ripe bananas
2 tablespoons honey
1 pint glass of ice
1/2 pint single cream
1 Soreen Lincolnshire
Plum Loaf (sliced)

METHOD:

Place fruit in a liquidiser and blend for
30 seconds. Add ice, cream and honey
and blend for 1 minute. Meanwhile,
butter the sliced Soreen Lincolnshire
Plum Loaf and griddle until golden. Serve the smoothie in a tall glass with griddled
banana toast at the side to dip into
the smoothie.
